Shipping Policy

Step 1:

Once the order is placed by the Customer, the Front End team is notified and the details are sent for Processing of the Order to the Backend Team.

Step 2:

The Backend Team ensures all the products are available. Simultaneously the Logistics team ensures that the destination is within the serviceable area by the Courier partners.

One may receive an order confirmation call from the Team to confirm the shipping details or any queries regarding the order.

Step 3:

The processing of Order which includes packing, quality check and boxing requires 24 hours, post which the order will be scheduled for Pickup by the Front End Team.

 

Step 4:

The top picked partners for Delivery is ExpressBee, Delhivery, BlueDart. For the Pincodes which are not serviced by the regular partners are allocated to India Post.


For orders within Bangalore, please allow a lead time of 48-72 hours for delivery from the date of placing your order. For orders within other cities of India, please allow 5-7 days from the date of placing your order. The days taken for delivery are purely based on the pin codes and might have a lead and lag.


*Please note that local and national holidays may affect the delivery date / timeline of your order delivery.

Step 5:
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email and text, and be provided with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order from the time it leaves our Unit and makes its way to the delivery location stated in your order.
